Brrrrreakfast!

I was craving some dippy eggs this morning, so I decided to test out whipping egg whites in my new blender.

3 Egg Whites, Little bit o' Skim Milk, Few shimmy shakes of Frank's

I make 1 dippy egg and three scrambled egg whites.  That way I get the yumminess of the gooey yolk but still keep it on the healthy side.

One of these eggs is not like the others...

Paired up with a slice of 12 grain bread with sunflower seeds.  Goooood morning 😀

Served up with a dollop of ketchup. I like to keep it classy.
