My approach to blogging about the restaurant food scene is simply to spread the good word on restaurants that have great food and great missions.  I do occasionally accept gratis meals in exchange for my time and effort helping to promote the restaurant via blog posts and social media, however I retain the right to post my honest opinions of the restaurant, or to not post or mention the restaurant if I find the food or experience unsatisfactory.
