I had some cooked ground turkey left over from earlier in the week, and I really wanted to try the Carba Nada pasta… So spaghetti was what’s for dinner this evening (not the usual dinner for 85+ degree weather, but whatev). I made a simple sauce out of a can of San Marzano tomatoes and a random assortment of herbs and garlic. Threw the turkey into the simmering sauce when I dropped the pasta–which only takes 5 minutes to cook!
The carba nada pasta was great! Definitely going to be a repeat buy. Once I plated the pasta I stirred in some fat free cottage cheese. This may sound appalling to you, but it was surprisingly tasty! Thank you Jessie for the idea!
