Every Sunday, I prepare my breakfasts for the workweek. I eat 2 breakfasts each day, one when I first get to work and the other midway to lunch. I’ve found that I gotta pace out the eating, otherwise I forage for food all morning.
Breakfast #1: 1 Egg/3 egg-white Scramble with Frank’s Red Hot, Steamed Broccoli, Potatoes & a bit o’ ketchup (I don’t care what you say… ketchup on eggs = amazingness)
Breakfast #2: Usually consists of 1/2 cup plain oatmeal, 1/4 cup mashed strawberries, and a tad of brown sugar and cinnamon. Though the warmer it gets outside, the less and less I look forward to this meal. Definitely going to need to switch up this part of the routine.
Turns out my food drawer at work is sans oatmeal (ok Freud…). So breakfast #2 will be a Thomas’s bagel thin, PB2, and some mashed up strawberries.
