I tried out making a mock-quesadilla with one of the new pita’s I ordered from Netrition. Stuffed it with some lean ground turkey, franks red hot, and fat free cheese. Then I threw it on the george foreman grill til it was warm and melty. Topped with some of my favorites–onion, tomato, banana peppers, and fat free sour cream… mmmmmmmmm. Served up with a side of cucumber salad. OLE!

60 Calories, 2g Fat, 8g Carbs, 4g dietary fiber, 6g protein (for the WHOLE pita). Boo ya!
They have a tiny bit of after taste, but worth it in my opinion.
